Associate Manager, Content Marketing

Your role:

The Associate Manager of Content Marketing will be responsible for success of content marketing initiatives.  This role helps our company to identify best ways to promote our products and services.  This includes assisting in the development, execution and measurement of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Your responsibilities:

  • Deliver defined marketing content for multiple media channels. 

  • Support customer/channel & product marketing programs and initiatives for sales growth and revenue enhancement in specific segments or products lines. 

  • Support digital and social media content and customer engagement. 

  • Use critical thinking skills to evaluate current condition of marketing activities and challenges; resulting in the formulation of new strategies that both the customer and Ardent Mills can adopt. 

  • Work with and direct outside companies who provide added marketing partnership value. 

  • Collaborate with Sales to provide comprehensive support. Provide materials, data and answer questions about customer accounts and products. 

  • Collaborate with other marketing functions to generate leads and enhance customer loyalty via digital, social and other media. 

Essential skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on marketing, communications or business or equivalent work experiences.   

  • Minimum of three years of experience in Marketing, Communications or Journalism. 

  • Ability to demonstrate proven creative talent and originality.   

  • Applies creative, marketing and communications skills to engage and motivate customer advocates.   

  • Solid understanding of marketing: social media, internet marketing and customer campaigns is an added plus. 

  • Interested in providing new approaches to marketing, challenges and learning new things. 

  • Demonstrates good independent judgment and discretion.  

  • Highly organized with attention to detail and sense of urgency.   

  • Enjoys processes and the opportunity to analyze results and build recommendations based on success or challenges. 

  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.   

  • Flexible and adaptable to change. 

  • Ability to learn and assimilate information quickly.   

  • Enthusiasm, strong work ethic and a positive attitude.   

  • Effectively uses data and insights to support business cases 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively explain possible solutions to customers challenges and opportunities. 

  • Demonstrates the ability to be self-directed while also having the ability to work in collaborative environments. 

 

 Physical Requirements and Working Conditions (with or without reasonable accommodation):
