Position Purpose:
The Ardent Mills Plant Intern program will provide broad exposure, training and development interns with a variety of backgrounds. Detailed objectives and individualized initiatives will be established for each participant at the beginning of the program based upon previous experiences and desired exposure. Interns will be immersed in the day-to-day business activity while partnering directly with leaders across the organization, to create an environment that fosters learning and development. In addition to professional guidance, a variety of social and business-related activities are also available for further interaction and networking amongst peers and mentors.
Recognizing that candidates come in with diverse backgrounds and interests, the Intern Program has a distinct path.
Operations Internship
As an Operations Intern, you will gain exposure to the broader Plant Manufacturing Operations within Ardent Mills. You will work alongside team members who offer their own unique skills and ideas, allowing you to build on your knowledge and capabilities. Our Plant Manufacturing Operations Team is essential to our business, as they work together to provide safe, superior products to our customers. Interns will work in a variety of areas within our Plant Manufacturing environment, which may include; Elevator, Milling/Manufacturing, Finished Product Handling, Packaging, Load-out, Warehouse, Maintenance & Quality. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills as well as leadership behaviors aligned with Ardent Mills Values of Safety, Service, Simplicity & Trust.
