Key Account Representative - Sales
Your role:
As Key Account Representative you will be responsible for managing existing and develop new accounts, recommendation of sales and marketing strategies and creating continued demand for our products. To succeed, you must be able to:

Your responsibilities:
Visit customers and/or distributors
Provide price indications to industrial and/or retail customers
Develop and expand product portfolio with existing customers
Review market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules and assist in the development of sales campaigns to accommodate company goals.
Coordinate with Customer Service to process orders
Ensure integrity and proper execution of all contractual obligations.
Prepare necessary reports regarding status of sales objectives vs plan
Represent company in trade activities
Identify new volume business opportunities in PR and other regions
Essential skills and experience:
3-5 years’ experience in Sales /Marketing/Logistics/Customer Service
Degree in a related field or equivalent in professional experience
Ability to analyze and understand financial data
Bilingual English and Spanish
Excellent interpersonal, communication and coaching skills
Customer service oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools

Competitive Compensation:
We provide market-driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and level of experiences. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $74,600.00 - $99,444.40, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved. While the specific bonus plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions, the targeted bonus plan and targeted percentage amount for this role is Bonus - MIP, 10% Annual: Individual Target.
