Chattanooga makes many different flour blends. They are used in making pizza doughs, flour for breading, cookies, pies, seasoning mixtures and many different snack food items.

Where does Chattanooga get its wheat?

We receive wheat from local farmers, the Midwest and upper Midwest.

Giving back.

The Chattanooga team members are involved in many different community events from partnering with The Ronald McDonald Children’s House, Community Foodbank, coaching little league sports teams, and many other local events.
