WHAT SAN BERNARDINO MAKES:

San Bernardino makes many different blends of flour that get used for various finished goods, including bread, buns, rolls, pasta, cookies, crackers and many other tasty snacks. In fact, this mill can produce a total of 1.8 million lbs of flour every day.

WHERE DOES SAN BERNARDINO GET ITS WHEAT?

The San Bernardino community mill helps bring top-quality flour to the western United States, Canada and Mexico. San Bernardino receives locally and regionally grown hard red wheat from many geographies, including fields in California, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Texas and the Dakotas.
