Since the early 1900s our mill has been at heart of Martins Creek community in Pennsylvania. Our facility was originally built as a cement plant before being converted into a flour mill.

WHAT MARTINS CREEK MAKES:

Martins Creek makes many different blends of flour that get used for various finished goods, including bread, buns, rolls, flatbreads, pasta, snack foods and much more. Our mill has a daily capacity of 1.68 million lbs of flour.

WHERE DOES MARTINS CREEK GET ITS WHEAT?

The Martins Creek community mill helps bring top-quality flour to the east coast and northeast United States. We receive locally and regionally grown hard, soft, red, spring and wheat from many geographies, including fields stretching from Nebraska to Delaware and Kansas to Canada.

GIVING BACK

The Ardent Mills Martins Creek team is active in the community and often partners with the local food shelf and community development programs.
