Kenosha makes many different blends of flour that get used for various finished goods, including bread, buns, pizza, cakes, cookies, snack foods and many other tasty items. Our mill has a daily capacity of 2.7 million lbs of flour.
WHERE DOES KENOSHA GET ITS WHEAT?
The Kenosha community mill helps bring top-quality flour to the upper Midwest region of the United States. We receive locally and regionally grown winter, spring, red and white wheat from many geographies, including fields in Minnesota, Nebraska, Utah and the Dakotas.
The Ardent Mills Kenosha team is active in the community and often partners with local businesses and in community events.
