Culpeper makes many different blends of flour that get used for various finished goods, including bread, buns, pizza, rolls, pasta, specialty breads, snack foods and other tasty items. Our mill has a daily capacity of 1.2 million lbs of flour.
WHERE DOES CULPEPER GET ITS WHEAT?
The Culpeper community mill helps bring top-quality flour to the Mid-Atlantic and North Eastern United States. The Culpeper community mill receives locally and regionally grown winter, spring, red, white, hard and soft wheat from many geographies, including fields in the Midwest, Canada, Colorado, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
The Ardent Mills Culpeper team is active in the community and often partners with local schools, food banks and community events.
