Our Supply Chain teams make sure every load from every mill is safely delivered so that all our customers get the flour they need, whenever they need it. They also play a vital role in helping our business to thrive and grow, by making sure we meet our customers’ needs in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible, and by pushing the organization to be more sustainable in the areas of agriculture, transportation, procurement and operations.

Where You Could Join Us

We have opportunities in four key teams:

  • Customer Service – join our family and play a pivotal role as the voice of our business and as the advocate for the customer. Engage in problem solving and providing an outstanding experience for our customers.
  • Procurement – be part of the team managing 5,500+ suppliers and around $500m spend every year. Typical roles here include Category Manager and Procurement Specialist.
  • Transportation & Logistics – help move 1,000+ loads of flour across our network every day by managing outbound transportation, contributing to logistics efforts or developing relationships with our suppliers.
  • Data Insights & Governance – maintain the integrity of the organization’s data and use it to provide valuable insights to the rest of the business.
