Albany makes many different blends of flour that get used for various finished goods, including bread, buns, pizza, cookies, breading, snack foods and many other tasty items. Our mill has a daily capacity of 2.4 million lbs of flour.
WHERE DOES ALBANY GET ITS WHEAT?
The Albany community mill helps bring top-quality flour to the north-eastern region of the United States. Albany receives hard, soft, red, spring and winter wheat from many geographies, including from fields in the Midwest.
The Ardent Mills Albany team is active in the community and often partners with the local food bank and participates in community development events.
