WHAT MANKATO MAKES:

Mankato makes many different blends of flour that get used for various finished goods, including bread, buns, rolls, pizza, cookies, crackers and many other tasty snacks. We can produce 990,000 lbs of flour every day.

WHERE DOES MANKATO GET ITS WHEAT?

The Mankato community mill helps bring top-quality flour to Canada, the Dominican Republic, and central region of the United States. Mankato receives locally and regionally grown hard, red, white, winter, spring, organic and sprouted white wheat from many geographies, including fields in the Dakotas, Minnesota, Kansas, Oregon and Canada.

GIVING BACK

The Ardent Mills Mankato team is active in the community and often partners with the local food bank and partakes in community development programs. They also provide educational tours on the milling industry for local schools.
